Shaped and Used Landscape
In the Barnim Panorama, visitors embark on a journey through the landscape, nature, and agricultural history of the Barnim. Starting with the ice-age wilderness and the first settlements, hundreds of exhibits bring the everyday life of our ancestors to life. Fascinating perspectives on the soil in biological, geological, historical, and social dimensions and, last but not least, the view of the nature park from above are unique. That agricultural machinery can be much more than "just" agricultural equipment is impressively demonstrated by the tractor herd and the spectacular "plow crowd". Also worth a visit: the panoramic view of Lake Wandlitz and the outdoor area with treehouse, discovery trail, and show garden.
